Anyway – all of the answer here is simple: you do not fight a war with rules against a people who do not fight war with rules, it will demoralize you and defeat you in an instant because the more you try to keep shit clean and the more you try to keep death at a minimum, the higher that toll raises on yourselves. The Geneva convention is illegitimate as war has no rules – had you taken this approach in both Iraq and Vietnam, victory would have been no issue and would have been a quick resolution.
